About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team at Discovery Parks on a 6-week temporary contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams to provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support across a range of employee matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employment legislation, policy interpretation, and performance management processes.
  • Support organisational change, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Partner with internal teams to support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyse employment data and provide insights to improve employee outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or retail.
  • Solid understanding of Fair Work and industrial relations frameworks.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders across all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
