Your New Role

Design and deliver onboarding/training for customers (Enterprise, Operators, Destinations) and staff. Coordinate implementation, facilitate engaging training (online/in-person), and drive feature adoption. Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams for smooth implementations. Focus on continuous program improvement. Ensure strong, ongoing customer outcomes.

  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver onboarding/training for customers & staff (live, webinars, self-paced). Measure & refine effectiveness.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent delivery.
  • Training & Support: Facilitate customer & internal training to drive feature adoption and maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track progress, gather feedback, resolve issues, and contribute to product/process improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Onboarding/Training in SaaS, Tourism Tech (or similar).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of tourism industry, especially Operators/Destinations.
  • Training Expertise: Proven ability to design/deliver engaging adult learning programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication & facilitation skills.
  • Technical & Results-Oriented: Proficient, adaptable, and passionate about customer experience & outcomes.
