About the Role

Are you passionate about data-driven insights and strategic decision-making? Join us at The G’Day Group as a Senior Strategy Analyst. As a Senior Strategy Analyst at The G’day Group you’ll play a key role in driving our strategic vision forward. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide actionable insights, develop growth strategies, and optimise performance across the organization.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, impactful way.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop and evaluate strategic initiatives, using data to support decision-making processes.
  • Build financial models and forecasts to assess the feasibility and impact of business strategies.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented strategies, analyze results, and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
  • Continuously improve analytical processes and tools to drive greater efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with a strategic, problem-solving approach.
