Your New Role

As Business Operations & Partnerships Manager, you will lead the end-to-end customer and member experience across the G'day Parks network. Driving both B2B and B2C satisfaction, you'll optimise systems, processes and technology adoption, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen engagement across key platforms and channels. The role plays a critical part in data governance, system integration, performance reporting and continuous improvement, supporting network growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

• Lead the optimisation and continuous improvement of business systems, processes and customer operations, including CRM, onboarding, automation and AI adoption.
• Manage key relationships across the G'day Parks network, supporting members, partners and suppliers to deliver a seamless B2B experience.
• Drive customer service excellence by leading customer experience initiatives, self-service improvements and team performance across multiple channels.
• Analyse operational and customer data, monitor KPIs and provide insights and reporting to support business performance and growth.
• Oversee strategic projects, supplier programs, sponsorships and system enhancements, ensuring successful implementation, adoption and business outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualified in Management, Marketing, Communications, BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field will be highly regarded
• Tourism / Accommodation/ Hospitality industry knowledge
• Technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another
• Strong strategic, customer focus and analytical capabilities
• Strong project management skills
