The Role

As the Operator Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding tour operators and accommodation partners into the Book Australia (Australia) and Bookit (New Zealand) affiliate network. You will manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline while maintaining high-quality listing standards through structured, process-driven workflows. You will also conduct operator audits and partner with the sales team to drive revenue and ensure exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for onboarding tour operators and accommodation providers via video call, phone, and email.
  • Facilitate operator channel manager and tour reservation system connections for real-time bookings.
  • Execute manual configurations of inventory, rates, availability, and property data.
  • Diagnose integration challenges and collaborate with all stakeholders for swift resolutions.
  • Ensure listings are fully optimised, featuring quality descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability.
  • Perform routine data audits to detect and address discrepancies or omissions.
  • Manage onboarding workflows in a high-volume environment while preserving quality standards.
  • Conduct regular operator audits, reviewing metrics and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and assist in warm sales calls for client onboarding
  • Lead continuous improvements processes and onboarding

Your Experience

You will have solid experience in operator onboarding, channel manager integration, SaaS customer onboarding, or technical account management combined with hands on experience with Chanel Manager systems (SiteMinder, RMS, Newbook etc.) and Tour Operator Reservation Systems (Rezdy, FareHarbor etc.). Ideally you will have prior experience with Channel Managers and Tour Operators reservation systems and/or software platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) daily to track all onboarding interactions, follow-ups and reporting

Whilst technical proficiency is important to the role, you will also have the attitude, soft skills and capability to engage with a broad range of business and technology stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group.
