About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to lead and develop our onshore and offshore AR teams in a fast-paced environment. This role will drive AR performance, improve cash collection outcomes, and strengthen processes across the order-to-cash cycle, supporting our Trade and Workstay customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor AR team members across locations
  • Own AR KPIs including DSO, aged debt and collections performance
  • Manage end-to-end receivables including invoicing, cash application and collections
  • Reduce aged debt through proactive collection strategies and escalation management
  • Act as the key escalation point for customer disputes and credit matters
  • Oversee credit control activities and review credit applications
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams to improve billing accuracy
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and strong AR controls
  • Prepare reporting, forecasts and support month-end and audit activities

 

About You

  • Proven experience leading AR teams, including offshore teams
  • Strong order-to-cash and credit management knowledge
  • Demonstrated success improving collections and reducing DSO
  • ERP/accounting systems experience with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Analytical, organised and solutions focused
