The Role
As the Recruitment Consultant you will provide support to our iconic portfolio of tourism accommodation parks, including some of the best Australia has to offer. You will support seasonal recruitment campaigns with a proactive and creative flair to ensure the best possible candidate search and attraction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Candidate resourcing for seasonal and permanent appointments such as support staff and Park Management roles
- Proactively search for a quality workforce using all available tools
- Attract, screen, interview and reference check candidates
- Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality and timely resourcing outcomes
- Manage contract requests, compliance, maintain CRM/talent pipelines and internal mobility
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role (Hospitality or retail experience is preferred)
- Experience in successfully sourcing candidates
- Strong project management and reporting capability
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management, dealing with people at all levels
- Energetic, self-starter, focused and enjoys a challenge with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in computer literacy and systems knowledge
- Hard-working with a drive to succeed
