At Discovery Parks, we’re on the hunt for a Guest Experience Review Consultant – someone who thrives on the road, lives for adventure, and is committed to raising the bar on guest satisfaction.


About the Role

This is not your typical desk job. You'll hit the road and travel across Australia, visiting our iconic Discovery Parks locations, all while ensuring every site delivers the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

Your mission: to view our parks through the eyes of our guests – evaluating everything from cleanliness and amenities to food safety and service standards. Your insights will help drive improvements that make every stay unforgettable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting on-site reviews with a focus on quality, condition, and guest satisfaction
  • Auditing food safety and service standards (where applicable)
  • Providing meaningful, actionable feedback to site teams
  • Partnering with Park Managers to drive improvements and celebrate wins
  • Travelling every second week to our locations across the country


About You

You're self-motivated, positive, and always up for a new challenge. You’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences and know how to coach others to bring out their best.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and great at juggling priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in quality assurance or hospitality preferred
  • Food safety training? Big plus!
  • Must have a current driver’s license and love to travel
