About the Role
The G’day Group is in the midst of a bold transformation, investing heavily in the development and evolution of our holiday parks and resorts to deliver market-leading guest experiences across Australia.
We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager – Construction who brings energy, expertise, and a passion for property development. Based within our high-performing Development team, this role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful, business-critical projects in some of Australia’s most iconic regional locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of development projects across greenfield ($10–$40M) and infill ($1–$5M) categories.
- Drive projects from concept through to completion—including consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals, and site delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines.
- Monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk throughout the lifecycle of each build.
- Partner with operations teams to plan and communicate staging updates.
- Apply customer insights, environmental considerations, and ESG priorities into every project decision.
- Regular travel to project sites (intra and interstate).
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or construction management.
- Proven ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects.
- Strong capability in:
- Cost estimation and budget management
- Design and engineering coordination
- Project programming and scheduling
- Approvals and contract administration
- Procurement and site management
- Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- WHS and environmental compliance
- High levels of personal integrity, initiative, and resilience.
- A solutions-focused mindset and drive for continuous improvement.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain project scope and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business and external suppliers.
