The Role

We are looking for friendly and professional Receptionists to support guest services across our Kimberley properties. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and handling day-to-day reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handling bookings, enquiries and payments
• Providing local knowledge and guest support
• Supporting front office operations

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident with systems and multitasking
• Friendly, calm and professional under pressure

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
