Your New Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll use internal systems and ops tooling to manage site listings, moderate content and support our engaged community. It’s broad, fast-paced, and full of moving parts. You’ll be working across functions, solving problems, and shaping how things work as we grow. 

  • Supply Management: Onboard, maintain, and optimize accommodation/experience listings, focusing on quality and discoverability.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work with key supply partners to maintain quality and grow the marketplace.
  • Community Moderation: Manage moderation systems for listings and user-generated content across various channels.
  • Trust & Safety Automation: Collaborate with product and development teams to automate trust and safety workflows.
  • Platform Operations & Strategy: Manage backend operations, drive supply-side strategy, and identify/address gaps to improve overall platform performance.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Digital Platform Experience: Previous operations/administration experience in B2B or B2C digital platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Skilled at moderating and engaging with user communities across various platforms.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and experience with platform data, dashboards, and scenario modeling.
  • Proactive & Efficient: Hardworking, curious, and focused on automation opportunities.
