Your Opportunity

Working in a small team, the RPA Developer will be responsible for analysing business process opportunities across identified business units with a view to driving business process automation where practicable using appropriate technologies. Core to the role is the design, development and testing of automation workflows.

Balancing commercial and member service objectives, the role will be responsible to identify, manage, support, and facilitate business activities and reporting designed to drive operational excellence and best practice in productivity and service delivery. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining automated solutions meeting business requirements
  • Understanding a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualising it as an automated solution
  • Support business leaders with continuous analysis of our business processes, quantifying opportunities for improvement, design and deliver solutions that increase business efficiency and optimise the cost of operations
  • Monitoring and working on solving issues on a day-to-day basis in RPA processes

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you’ll approach tasks with an analytical mindset and the capacity to work both collaboratively and independently. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally. You’ll demonstrate well-developed problem-solving skills and apply sound judgment when proposing solutions. You’ll ideally have a background in business process improvement, and well-developed working knowledge of UiPath and Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, Automation Anywhere and Java is highly desirable.
