Your Opportunity
Our Business Banking team currently has an excellent career opportunity for a full time Relationship Manager. This position is ideal for someone who has demonstrated consumer and commercial lending and relationship development skills and who would thrive by looking after the best interests of our members. You will need to enjoy engaging with our community members, which would include representing the Bank at workplace visits and attending industry and trade union events. The key aspects of your new role include:
- Growing and managing member relationships
- Developing and fostering Industry relationships
- Providing expert and appropriately tailored financial solutions for members
- Assessing applications for mortgage secured finance and unsecured facilities
- Involvement with SME clients and commercial lending exposure
- Making sound credit assessment decisions
Your Profile
You are a collaborative service professional who will:
- have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in Financial Services with an understanding of Commercial lending.
- FSR Tier II Accredited
- be a consistent advocate of our brand
- be results oriented with the capacity to identify and convert new business opportunities
- be proactive and able to work well independently when required, well organised and able to prioritise effectively
- will be able to build strong relationships in relation to matters involving a wide range of stakeholders
- be competent in the use of office technology, including Microsoft products
- Certificate IV in Financial Services/Mortgage Broking would be desirable
