What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in modernising and supporting corporate compute and infrastructure platforms. You’ll design, deploy and enhance cloud infrastructure, primarily in Azure, while supporting and uplifting both cloud and on‑premise workloads. Working closely with development teams, system engineers and IT operations, you’ll help embed modern DevOps practices, driving automation, monitoring and continuous improvement.

This role offers a balance of project delivery and business‑as‑usual improvement work, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership, think proactively and contribute to a people‑centric, high‑trust culture focused on innovation, safety and accountability.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • A DevOps professional with 3 - 5 years of experience delivering reliable, fit‑for‑purpose infrastructure solutions in complex environments.
  • Someone with strong hands‑on experience in infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using tools such as Terraform, GitHub, and scripting languages.
  • An engineer with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including AKS, App Services, SQL databases, and Azure security platforms.
  • A proactive problem solver who embraces continuous improvement, stays current with emerging technologies, and applies best practice DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who values safety, integrity, and working in line with company values and behaviours.
