What You’ll Be Doing:
The Maintenance & Stores Officer plays a key role in keeping DuluxGroup’s Clayton site safe, functional, and operating at its best. This hands-on role supports day to day maintenance, facilities operations, laboratory supply, warehousing, and waste management, ensuring staff can focus on their work in a well maintained environment.
You will take ownership of general repairs, safety practices, stock control, and site presentation, working closely with the Facilities Manager and wider stakeholders. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and is empowered to improve how the site operates every day.

What We’re Looking for:
- Trade qualified or experienced in general maintenance, building upkeep, or a similar practical role
- Comfortable performing a mix of maintenance, minor construction, warehousing, and laboratory support tasks
- Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and following HSEQ standards at all times
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with contractors and internal teams
- Organised communicator who takes ownership of stock levels, records, and site presentation
