What You’ll Be Doing:

You will manage and grow key customer accounts across South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania, delivering strong commercial outcomes through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning. You will operate as a highly motivated self‑starter, working autonomously in a standalone territory while demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, and accountability. You will drive customer engagement and retention by identifying growth opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored account solutions. You will bring relevant industry experience, ideally in powder coating or protective coatings, with transferable expertise from adjacent industries also highly regarded. Based in Adelaide, you will undertake regional travel, including biannual trips to Mildura and quarterly travel to Tasmania, with the flexibility to independently plan and manage your travel schedule.

What We’re Looking for:

• Industry experience in powder coating or protective coatings is highly desirable but not essential; transferable experience from adjacent industries is welcomed.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a standalone territory, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and strong cultural alignment.
• Proven key account management experience, with a track record of managing, retaining, and growing major customer accounts.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, capable of prioritising key accounts and managing a high‑value, geographically diverse territory.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
