The park features 240 sites and accommodates more than 280 guests, making it a substantial operation within the Discovery Parks network. With a loyal guest following and an outstanding reputation among travellers, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly regarded holiday park in an iconic destination.

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality or tourism leader to take ownership of a successful and well-established holiday park. As Park Manager, you will lead all aspects of the operation, balancing commercial performance, guest satisfaction, team development and asset presentation.

This is a live-in management position, with a furnished three-bedroom, one-bathroom residence provided onsite.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the park, including after-hours call outs when required
• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control
• Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing team
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all accommodation, grounds and facilities
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage guest feedback, reviews and service recovery to consistently deliver outstanding experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with local tourism operators, businesses and community stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and grow business performance
• Collaborate with the wider G'day Group network to share best practice and support business initiatives
• Provide hands-on operational support where required to ensure the park runs smoothly

About You

You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys building strong teams, driving results and creating memorable guest experiences. You'll bring a balance of commercial acumen, operational expertise and people leadership.

Skills and Experience Include:

• Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism or caravan park management
• Strong leadership experience in a multi-faceted operational environment
• Current driver's licence
• Experience using RMS, Newbook or similar property management systems
• Well-developed financial and commercial management skills
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
• Strong operational and asset management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff and external partners
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours when required
