About the Role
Travelling to and working over extended periods of time within some iconic Australian locations, you will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and considering best practice for all operations processes within one of our growing portfolios. You will be focussed on ensuring the documentation developed is sustainable and allows for growth. Your work will help establish operational maturity and allow the portfolio to scale.
Key responsibilities of role include -
· Work closely with each property to understand their niche requirements, while always thinking of the portfolio as a whole
· Document the process in the form of training manuals, checklists and deliverable outcomes.
· The detail is critical in producing a platform that can drive these primarily seasonal businesses with lower than normal levels of returning employees.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role -
· Ability to work away from home for extended periods of time
· Creating solid and trustworthy bonds with our property teams to enable the successful implementation of good process.
· Process driven with a strong analytical approach
· Exceptional documentation experience in a number of formats
· Collaborative approach, ensuring all stakeholders are effectively managed to ensure consistency across the portfolio
· Understand the potential risks and plan for them
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Friendly and professional phone manner and precise email correspondence
· Can do attitude with ability to use initiative
· Technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another
