The Role

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and demonstrated experience in hospitality management or managing an accommodation-based business. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leadership of a diverse park team to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Financial management - reporting, delivering and implementing budgets
  • Maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Asset management
  • Office administration
  • Attending to after-hours call outs

 Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality/accommodation management
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
  • Awareness of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Proven experience in managing financials (budgets & planning)
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
