The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Product Lead to manage the development and growth of our mobile app WikiCamps. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop the app, meets the needs of our users and achieve business goals. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, driving product development, and optimizing the app to increase user engagement, retention, and revenue.
This role will require you to;
· Develop and execute the product strategy for the mobile app, based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
· Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements and prioritize dev tasks
· Ensure the app meets high standards of quality, usability, and design
· Use data and analytics to track user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and optimize user engagement, retention, and revenue
· Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and campaigns to promote the app and drive user acquisition and retention
· Work with cross-functional teams to manage the app’s launch and ongoing updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on the product roadmap and priorities
Your Experience
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant along with a sound digital product management, with a track record of delivering successful mobile apps. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions.
You will have proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise competing demands. You will have a natural passion for mobile technology and the user experience.
You will by naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at Discovery Parks. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
