We’re looking for a commercially sharp Park Manager who understands how to run a park as a business, not just maintain it.

The Opportunity
You’ll lead the park end-to-end, with full accountability for:
- Financial performance and cost control
- Team capability and day-to-day operations
- Guest experience and site presentation
With planned investment and upgrades ahead, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to:
- Lift revenue and occupancy
- Improve efficiency and margins
- Strengthen team performance
- Elevate the overall standard of the park
About You
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader who brings strong hospitality or accommodation-based management experience and a growth mindset. Importantly, you will bring with you a passion for the holiday park lifestyle!
We are looking for these essential skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management
- Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
- A sound understanding of margin management and operating within budget
- Demonstrated experience in cost controls, and working within budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in taking full ownership of a park operation
- Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (desirable)
- Current valid drivers license
As Park Manager you are required to live on site - accommodation is provided as part of your total remuneration package.
Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
