The Role
Discovery Holiday Parks is embracing the new normal and is undertaking an historic transformation to build the Park and Digital Experience of the future. The role will operate as part of the Digital Performance Team, our in-house digital marketing agency. The team works closely with marketing and content to deliver the best in class digital solutions to support the wider business needs.
The role will require you to become a digital marketing expert. You will set up activity, optimise ay to day performance and pull out key insights to improve results. You will become proficient in tools such as Facebook business manager. Google Ads. Google analytics and DV360.
This role will require you to;
· Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand business requirements and desired business outcomes
· Translate these needs into practical solutions within digital
· Analyse digital activity to make data informed recommendations, with the aim of improving media, creative and business results
Your Experience
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Advertising or Marketing along with a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape. You will be confident with social and search advertising.
To be successful in this role you will be eager to up-skill and have a strong drive to learn. You will be invested and willing to grow to become an integral part of the team and a true Digital Marketing Expert.
You will by naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at Discovery Parks. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
