About the Role

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to ensure smooth operations, high-quality guest service, and support across all areas of the park. This is a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day park operations, including after-hours needs
  • Assisting with guest bookings, check-ins, and account management
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating team members
  • Helping with reporting and operational budgets
  • Ensuring park safety, compliance, and presentation standards
  • Supporting guest experience and local promotions

About You

You’re a proactive, adaptable leader who enjoys making a difference and bringing a guest-focused mindset to your work.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in tourism, accommodation, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and financial awareness
  • A genuine passion for working with people and delivering great customer experiences
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems – knowledge of RMS is an advantage
  • Flexibility for after-hours and weekend work
  • A valid manual driver’s license and willingness to live onsite
