About the Role

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Delivering exceptional guest experience
• Front Office administration
• Upkeep of grounds and gardens
• General maintenance across all park assets and facilities
• Supervising and training team members as required
• Ensuring the park complies with all safety, operational, and brand standards
• Daily Park operational tasks including afterhours/on call cover

 What we look for

• Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
• Excellent time management skills
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs.
• Current drivers licence essential

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
