The Role

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, ensuring accommodation and shared spaces are presented to a consistently high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and values reliability and professionalism.

We are seeking 5–6 local team members commencing in the New Year, with a mix of availability:

• Monday to Friday roles (school hours considered)
• Weekend availability across a 7-day roster

The strongest candidate will be appointed as a Housekeeping Supervisor, responsible for supporting daily operations and leading by example, with higher pay rates applied.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, motel or caravan park
• A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Reliability and a commitment to ongoing, long-term work
• Local to Karratha and available for consistent hours
