About Us

G’day Group comprises leading Australian tourism brands in Discovery Parks, Resorts and the loyalty program G'day Rewards. Employing more than 2000 people Australia-wide, G’day Group has the largest park network in the country, offering an amazing customer journey.

The Role

Lead an iconic holiday park in the Riverland. Surrounded by red gum trees and vineyards, this is where relaxed country living meets a thriving family holiday destination; this is your opportunity to lead, develop, and leave your mark.

This isn’t a sleepy little campground, this is a vibrant, full-scale holiday/caravan park with a stacked line-up of facilities: a fully equipped gym, waterpark, resort-style pool, kiosk, outdoor movie theatre, jumping pillow, and playground. This park offers a mix of cabins, powered and unpowered sites, welcoming everyone from road-trippers and regulars to young families and tour groups.

And now, it needs a leader.

We’re looking for someone with the vision and experience to take this already-loved destination and help shape its next chapter. With a strong support office behind you and full autonomy on the ground, you’ll be the driving force behind both the guest experience and the park’s performance.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle.

  • Live on site and swap your morning commute for riverside sunrises
  • Become part of a tight-knit local community that values connection and nature
  • Spend your days shaping a destination that will bring joy to thousands of future travellers
  • Work closely with our national team to guide the reinvigoration of an iconic destination

The Perks:

OTE 145k: Competitive base salary + Super + performance bonuses + housing in the managers residence + bills

  • Opportunity to lead and transform a park from the ground up
  • Professional growth, training, and support from our Adelaide HQ
  • Discounts across our network of 300+ parks
  • Recognition programs and employee wellbeing initiatives

You’ll thrive here if:

You’ve got proven experience managing holiday/tourist parks, resorts or similar properties and know how to lead a cohesive team, own a P&L, and lift both guest experience and operational performance.

Most of all, you’re someone who wants to make things better. Better systems, better presentation, better team culture. You see opportunities, not just tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking full ownership of park operations – from housekeeping to guest check-ins
  • Coaching and developing your team to create a guest-first culture
  • Driving business performance with an eye on margins, revenue, and ROI
  • Hands on management of compliance, safety, maintenance and presentation
  • Collaborating with our support teams to build the park’s long-term strategy and success

What You’ll Need:

  • Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation or tourism
  • A history of successfully managing teams and developing staff
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets
  • High operational standards and pride in presentation
  • Ideally, experience in park development, improvement or transition
  • A current driver’s licence
  • A genuine love for regional living — and the drive to bring a park to life
