About the Role
As Assistant Park Manager, you'll work closely with the Park Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property, taking the lead when required and supporting the team across all areas of park life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily park operations, including after-hours response
- Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
- Supporting and mentoring staff across reception, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and revenue growth
- Maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and park presentation
- Contributing to marketing efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives
About You
You're an experienced operator with a practical mindset, leadership capability, and a strong focus on guest service and team development.
You’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience – ideally in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality
- Strong people and communication skills
- Confidence with budget oversight and reporting
- Experience with RMS or similar systems
- A current driver’s licence
- Availability for weekends and after-hours responsibilities
