The Role

As a Senior Systems Analyst within the Corporate Systems team, you will be an experienced IT specialist with an understanding of multiple business systems across Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Operations. You will be responsible for configuring, testing and maintaining a range of business systems including property management systems (PMS), revenue management, channel management; payment & point-of-sale (POS) systems, and finance & business reporting systems.

You will join our growing and fast-moving IT team as we build our next generation platform utilising “best in class” applications and IT infrastructure, whilst managing the changes in existing and emerging applications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Systems this role, you will be required to work concurrently on multiple projects, with a variety of stakeholders and vendors. You will be required to analyse business requirements responsibility for ensuring system change requests are implemented methodically.

In this role you will be required to develop and maintain IT processes, knowledge, polices, procedures and business standards to ensure that the G’day Group complies with legislative and best practice requirements.

Your Experience

Tertiary Qualifications in either Technology, Computer Science and Computer Systems or similar is highly desirable. You must be able to highlight previous experience with configuring, updating, and deploying software applications within an enterprise environment.

Your experience with application management together with designing, consolidating, and running reports from enterprise systems is essential. You will need to be a strong all-rounder with highly developed communication and interaction skills as you will be conducting business and technical analysis, managing small projects and information gathering with various internal stakeholders.

You will be Agile and able to work within two-week Sprints, using Jira (Atlassian) to manage deliverables.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a hands-on specialist with demonstrated experience with projecting change, engaging with multiple stakeholders as well as providing ongoing support post-implementation in a complex and dynamic business environment.
