The Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable all-rounder to join our team in a combined role supporting both housekeeping and front office operations.
- Clean and reset guest cabins, amenities, and common areas
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/outs
- Manage bookings and guest accounts using our reservation system - RMS
- Assist with general admin and maintain smooth day-to-day reception operations
- Respond to phone and email enquiries and provide local area information
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cabins are guest-ready
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in housekeeping and front office hospitality roles
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Tech savvy with RMS experience a bonus
- Flexible with rostered hours across 7 days (weekends a must)
- Current driver’s licence essential
