Detpak Direct, part of the globally respected Detmold Group, is on the hunt for a highly autonomous, proactive Business Development Manager to lead growth across Queensland’s industrial markets.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role from identifying opportunities to delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet our clients’ needs. If you're a conceptual thinker who thrives on initiative and enjoys working closely with customers from first contact to final delivery, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of industrial accounts across QLD.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.
- Drive product growth into new market segments.
- Provide technical support, including experience with fill lines and manufacturing processes.
- Represent Detpak with professionalism and credibility.
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales success in FMCG, packaging, or printing.
- Strong technical sales background and conceptual thinking ability.
- Experience working with fill lines and manufacturing environments.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for taking initiative.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A current, unrestricted driver’s license and willingness to travel.
