THE ROLE:

We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage expert to join our premium venue, Rocco at Crystalbrook Riley. Perched above the city with 270-degree views of Cairns and the Coral Sea, Rocco is a rooftop destination like no other. As the highest bar and restaurant in town, it brings together sweeping vistas, warm hospitality and bold Middle Eastern flavours.

Crystalbrook Riley’s signature rooftop venue blends earthy tones, lush greenery and modern elegance to create a space that’s both vibrant and relaxed. The menu draws on Middle Eastern heritage with a contemporary twist, offering share-style dishes designed for leisurely dining.

Behind the bar, you’ll find herb-infused cocktails, alongside a Champagne list that’s among the city’s finest. Whether it’s for a sundowner or a night out, Rocco offers a taste of something different, served with a view.

ABOUT YOU:

As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by: 

• Demonstrate experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service 
• An absolute passion for your craft 
• A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail 
• The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner 
• A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude 
• An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories 

For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
