Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Resource Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that encompasses leadership and coordination across various departments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support A&D leadership in scaling the practice/resource model.
- As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO): balance resource priorities and assignments across Project Delivery, Product Development, Testing, A&D Application Managed Services (AMS) our Academy (training) program.
- Collaboration with U.S. Sales group: understand project pipeline/demand forecast in order to accurately forecast resource demands.
- Collaboration with Project Managers/Delivery leads to support management, escalation, and resolution of resource related challenges during project execution.
- Collaboration with A&D Industry Principals: Coordinating project assignments and the strategic re-shuffling of project resources as needed.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Working closely with our Talent Acquisition specialist to turn resource forecast/demand into hiring process.
- Collaboration with Academy leadership to support seamless resource onboarding and upskilling activities (i.e. to help prepare new hires for success).
- Central POC for our A&D customers to address resource related concerns, escalations, and managing both planned and unforeseen changes in personnel, serving as a critical customer service point of contact in the U.S. time zone.
- U.S. Market and Cultural Insight: Possessing a deep understanding of the U.S. labor/resource market and the cultural nuances of U.S. customers to tailor successful messaging, escalations and resource related interactions in general.
- This role is integral to our organization's success, requiring a proactive, insightful, and adaptable approach to manage diverse resourcing/staff related responsibilities effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Resource Manager or similar role, preferably in a mid-size consulting environment.
- MUST understand the US labor/resource market and US customer’s culture.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in resource management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Certification in project management or resource management.
