About the Role

We are seeking ambitious, curious, and high‑potential New College Graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Associates. This role is designed for individuals eager to start their careers, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to work on impactful projects that help drive organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day operations within your assigned team or functional area

Participate in project work, contributing research, analysis, and administrative support

Learn company processes, tools, and best practices through structured onboarding and ongoing training

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve problems and optimize workflows

Assist with data gathering, documentation, reporting, and quality checks

Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats

Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for improvement

Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture


Required Qualifications

Master's degree (earned within the past 12 months or graduating within the next 3 months)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and methodologies

Good organizational and time‑management abilities


Preferred Qualifications

Internship, co‑op, or relevant project experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, volunteer work, or academic programs

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and new challenges
