We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our Burpengary East team. If you have hands-on leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift Supervisor Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service. You’ll supervise the team, manage daily operations, oversee food preparation, and maintain the restaurant’s high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functionality
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff members
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Ensure food and beverages are served to the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism
• Assist in promotional and marketing activities
• Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment
