Burger Urge is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Leader who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.

The Team Leader at Burger Urge is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the restaurant stations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Team Leader will assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, controlling costs, and driving sales.

Team Leader Role

• Coordinate assigned stations without supervision, guiding staff where needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist restock as needed.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, tools, and workspaces.
• Drive sales by suggesting menu items and promoting specials to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Venue Manager.
