Are you ready to grow your long term management career with us? A unique opportunity has become available to lead our close knit Trade Store team in Carole Park QLD!

As our new Customer Care Team Leader no two days will be the same, and we're looking for someone who is a confident leader and communicator. This role will see you working hands on in store to support, coach and mentor the team, manage the smooth and efficient running of the Trade Store, and drive exceptional customer service experiences for our clients.

Our supportive management will provide you with all the training you need to be set up with success from the beginning!

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Act as a role model by leading, coaching and mentoring our Trade Store team
  • Conduct regular performance development discussions and planning meetings with all direct reports to clearly identify targets, as well as opportunities for career development and succession planning
  • Support and work collaboratively with other key stakeholders across the business to drive outstanding service for our customers
  • Pro-actively look for ‘better ways of working’ and implement and integrate process improvements in line with the overall business strategy
  • Work in store with the team to provide exceptional customer service, managing customer requests, sourcing parts, and ETA’s on backorders 
  • Manage daily stock replenishment/stock rotations/stocktakes, as well as general housekeeping and maintenance of showroom displays

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience leading a Customer Service team, with a focus on process improvement, exceptional customer service, coaching, and development
  • Lead by example promoting our ‘customer first’ values
  • Focused on process improvements to ensure all KPI’s are met consistently
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Results-driven with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
