So many lives. So many ways. One you.

At Believe Housing Australia (part of the AnglicareSA family), our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, affordable and secure place to call home.

Here, your work goes beyond bricks and mortar. You'll join a passionate crew committed to addressing one of the most pressing challenges of our time: housing insecurity.

In this role, you’ll work alongside individuals and families at risk of losing their tenancy - helping them stabilise their housing, address challenges, and connect with the right supports. This is an intensive, short-term intervention role focused on creating lasting outcomes.

If you’re passionate about supporting people through challenging times, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Why This Role?

  • Join a collaborative, values-driven team
  • See the real outcomes of your work in people’s lives
  • Grow your skills in a role focused on early intervention and meaningful change
  • Be supported to apply creative problem-solving to complex challenges and develop practical, tailored solutions

What you’ll do

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Working alongside individuals and families with complex needs to provide intensive, person-centred support and achieve positive outcomes
  • Taking a holistic approach to assessment and developing practical, goal-focused plans to help sustain tenancies at risk
  • Supporting tenants to improve property conditions and address underlying issues
  • Delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based support tailored to individual needs
  • Advocating for clients and connecting them with services and community supports
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Contributing to case conferences and coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and reporting

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in case management (assessment, planning, referral, advocacy)
  • Understanding of homelessness, housing and social justice
  • Ability to apply trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and varied lived experiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team

We would also love you to have:

  • A qualification in community services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in housing or tenancy support
  • Experience working in multi-agency or collaborative settings
