What you’ll do

You’ll carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple properties each day, working independently and as part of a supportive team.

Your core work will include:

• General maintenance including patching, painting, carpentry and tiling
• Repairing or replacing fixtures, fittings, appliances and building components
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor plumbing and electrical issues
• Preparing vacant properties for renovation or re-tenancy (dismantling, site prep, basic make-good works)
• Installing flooring, wall tiles, cabinetry and household fixtures
• Working across a mobile schedule with multiple jobs per day

You’ll also:

• Manage your own materials and inventory
• Accurately record completed work using asset maintenance systems
• Collaborate with tradespeople, contractors and internal teams where required

What you’ll bring

You’re a practical, solutions-focused maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and reliable service.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Hands-on experience in general maintenance, carpentry, patching tiling and painting
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, customer-first approach
• Ability to work independently across multiple job sites and manage your workload
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement 

We would also love you to have:

• Experience in property maintenance or social housing environments
• Familiarity with asset management systems, databases, MS Office
