About the role
As the Store Manager, you’ll lead one of our largest and highest-profile stores — driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while overseeing both in-store and online fulfilment operations. You’re the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and building a positive, high-performing team culture. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Senior retail management experience, ideally within a large-format or high-volume environment
- A track record of leading by example and delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale
- A natural ability to motivate, inspire and lead large teams, with experience managing multiple layers of leadership
- Confidence in managing a diverse team and complex store operations, including front and back of house
- Strong capability in coaching, developing leaders and driving team performance
- Proven experience driving sales performance in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to online fulfilment or omni-channel retail operations (highly regarded)
- Strong operational skills across visual merchandising, stock flow, safety, store security, and financial performance
