• Further grow, develop and build a “customer centric” culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time 
• Monitor and drive sales performance of the store 
• Lead, develop and motivate a team to meet their full potential 
• Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment 

As someone who’d be a great fit for this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading and managing teams, with exposure to retail operations
• A safety‑first mindset, creating an environment where both physical and psychological safety are prioritised every day
• Confidence, resilience and adaptability, with the ability to lead through change and maintain momentum
• A passion for building and championing a positive, inclusive store culture where teams feel supported, engaged and motivated to perform
