Our Managers are the driving force behind a thriving store, fueling sales success, keeping operations smooth, and creating an environment where teams feel inspired and customers feel at home. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management / leadership experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
