About the role 

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Demonstrated leadership experience from any industry, with a passion for people, team culture and customer service
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team through an ongoing coaching approach
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
• The ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems and operate confidently in a dynamic retail environment
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
