About the Role… In this role, you’ll shape results, develop leaders and elevate the customer experience. 

What You’ll Lead & Achieve

  • Lead & Develop High‑Performing Store Teams - Coach, inspire and build capability across Store Managers and teams, ensuring strong succession pipelines and continuous development.
  • Drive Commercial Performance Across the Region - Deliver sales, wage and profit targets by analysing data, identifying opportunities, and executing initiatives that lift financial results.
  •  Ensure Operational Excellence & Customer Experience - Maintain consistent standards in operations, VM and omni‑channel service, ensuring every store delivers a high‑quality experience.
  • Make Balanced, Values‑Led People Decisions - Apply sound judgement in performance and people decisions, balancing commercial outcomes with team wellbeing and engagement.
  • Lead Change & Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships - Champion change initiatives and build strong relationships across stores, support office and key partners to drive alignment and execution. 

What You’ll Bring…We’re seeking a leader with the capability and experience to drive commercial, operational and people excellence across a multi‑site retail environment. 

  • Similar experience in the retail industry – strong grounding in retail operations & experience managing large teams and competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial acumen – able to interpret data, drive performance and influence operational delivery.
  • Proven leadership capability – coaching, succession planning, performance management and overall business management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to engage, motivate and communicate with impact.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capability – applying a broader lens to decisions and future planning.
  • Risk management capability – ensuring safe, compliant and well‑managed operational environments.
