Your Role

The Broker Administration Officer role is responsible for a number of administrative and member fulfilment activities in support of the wider Broker Channel.

The role will be responsible for onboarding and maintenance of Brokers, members, cross selling products and other broker channel related duties such as Broker audits, commissions and assisting processing team with formal & settlement letters and overflow of Personal loan applications. 

Main responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Broker Accreditation/auditing
  • Member onboarding
  • Elula/Member connect calls
  • Insurance Sales and other cross sell
  • Other administrative duties such as
  • Formal & Post settlement task including campaign spreadsheets, payment setup
  • Certificates update for brokers
  • Loanworks maintenance
  • Commission queries and assisting on processing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 

Technical Skills:

  • Admin guru with a keen eye for detail
  • Preferred knowledge of Demi system
  • Basic credit knowledge
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional time management

Education and Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge working with brokers / aggregators
  • Previous experience as a Personal Banker
  • Credit knowledge preferred
  • Member fulfilment experience (General insurance and product knowledge)
