Your Role:
Are you an energetic and passionate team player who thrives in a customer focused environment?
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for member enquiries across phone, email and online channels, helping people every day with their retail banking needs.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent service and support to new and existing members
- Respond to inbound member enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Promote digital self-service tools and educate members on their benefits
- Identify member needs and refer appropriate solutions from lending and insurance to superannuation and savings
- Resolve member issues or concerns with empathy, accuracy and accountability
- Keep clear, concise records and follow up to ensure a seamless experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an inbound contact centre (banking/financial services ideal)
- Passion for helping people and delivering great service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player who’s proactive and adaptable
- Availability to work on a rotating weekday roster (8am–6pm) and one Saturday a month (9am–12pm)
