Australian Trade Training College (ATTC) is looking for a driven and customer-focused Course Enrolment Adviser to turn enquiries into enrolments and help future tradies take the first step in their careers.

RTO Course Enrolment Adviser

Australian Trade Training College is seeking a confident, people-focused Course Enrolment Adviser to manage inbound course enquiries, make proactive outbound follow-up calls, provide clear course advice, and support students through the enrolment and induction process. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, education sales, student recruitment, contact centres, or RTO administration who enjoys meaningful conversations, accurate information, and achieving enrolment outcomes.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, managing inbound enquiries and proactively following up leads to guide them into the right training pathway.

This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and enrolment support — perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport, understanding needs, and closing outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Following up warm leads and making outbound calls to drive enrolments
  • Understanding individual goals and matching students to the right course
  • Providing clear, accurate course and funding information
  • Guiding students through the enrolment and induction process
  • Managing your pipeline and updating the student management system
  • Working closely with Trainers, Heads of Department and Business Development
  • Achieving individual and team enrolment target

About You

You are a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in sales, contact centre, customer service or student recruitment
  • Confidence handling high volumes of phone calls and enquiries
  • A natural ability to build rapport and influence decisions
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • A proactive, positive and solution-focused mindset

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in an RTO or education environment
  • Knowledge of vocational education and government funding
  • Experience using CRM or student management systems
