RTO Reception Administration Officer - Fulltime (Brendale Campus)   

At the Australian Trade Training College we deliver Apprenticeship, VET in Schools and Job Seeker training qualifications at our industry training focused Campuses. We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist to be the friendly welcoming face of our Brendale Campus. About the role:  

In the role as an RTO Reception Administration Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to students, visitors and staff, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication on course information, enrolment processes, student administration processes and managing student enquiries.  

Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary while using documents, RTO student management systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Additionally, attending to phone, email enquiries, and promoting best practices while recording continuous improvement activities are key responsibilities

Highly Desirable:  

  • Proven RTO administration experience  
  • Experience with Government funding  
  • Student Management System experience
