ATTC is a leading Registered Training Organisation committed to empowering individuals and businesses with high‑quality training and nationally recognised qualifications. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, customer‑focused Course Adviser who thrives on helping people find the right solution—and enjoys converting conversations into enrolments.
About the Role
As an RTO Course Adviser, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of ATTC. You’ll guide prospective students through their options, provide exceptional service, and deliver confident, solution‑focused advice across phone, email, and online channels.
If you’re energised by connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and helping them take the next step in their career, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for potential students—answering calls, emails, and enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable course options.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments using strong phone‑based sales skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting students to navigate course information, processes, and requirements.
- Resolve issues with a solution‑focused approach, ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.
- Support outbound sales activity, including phone calls and follow‑up emails.
- Process bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Share customer insights with the team to support continuous improvement and better student outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
- Outstanding communication skills, confident on the phone and through electronic communications.
- A friendly, people‑first approach and the ability to build quick rapport.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a calm, solution‑focused mindset.
- High attention to detail with reliable, accurate data entry skills.
- Experience in customer service, call centre, or phone‑based sales (RTO experience highly regarded but not essential).
- Familiarity with CRM or customer service platforms is an advantage.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
- Competitive salary with opportunities to grow your earnings.
- Real pathways for career progression in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Professional development and training to help you excel.
- Flexible working options.
- The rewarding feeling of helping students gain skills that change their careers—and their lives.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. Successful candidates will be required to hold a Working With Children Blue Card, pass a National Police Check, and provide suitable references.
