RTO Compliance Coordinator - Fulltime

Due to continuous growth, we are now seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Compliance Coordinator.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to oversee our RTO Quality and Compliance. Reporting to the RTO Training Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our quality systems with responsibility to ensure that our operational and training delivery / outcomes are aligned with the requirements of the VET Quality Framework and State Government funding contracts.
The role coordinates / conducts site and desktop audits and develops operational standards in line with operating requirements, contracts and deeds.

- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Training Standards for RTO’s (2015/2025)
- Compliance with all funded contracts and other Industry, regulated bodies where applicable
- Administration of Training & Assessment Strategies
- Administration of Trainer/Assessor Requirements
- ASQA Requirements and processes
- Validation processes
- Auditing scheduling and processes
- Maintaining of the Quality document register
About You:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (Essential)
- AQF level IV or above Certification in Internal Auditing (Desirable)
- Strong focus and commitment to quality and compliance
- Solid knowledge of RTO services, including Standards, policy, procedure and systems with a working knowledge of Government contracts
- Knowledge of national regulatory body (ASQA) and QLD State funding body (DTET)
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading a small team
- Proven ability to achieve project objectives by effectively managing resources, adapting to change and identifying and addressing risks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and RTO Student Management Systems (aXcelerate or similar)
