About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will support people with disabilities to live independently, connect with their community, and pursue their interests. You will assist with personal care, daily living, and social inclusion. We welcome applicants who are new to the industry and bring energy, creativity, and a willingness to share their passions with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support across home and community settings
- Assist with daily living activities, including high personal care
- Share your interests and hobbies to enrich participant experiences
- Support social inclusion and community participation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised support plans
- Empower people to achieve their goals and live life on their terms
- Providing support with water sports i.e. swimming
Financial
- Salary packaging: Up to $15,900 for everyday living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment, all tax-free
